Our team members consist of engineers, quality specialist, estimators, project managers and process operators to help our customers understand the comprehensive scope of their project.

Prototype & Production Services

Vertically integrated prototype and production services include plating, anodizing, conversion coatings, painting, polishing, buffing, blasting, positional and simultaneous machining, heat treatment, and casting of proprietary materials. Vendor outsourced services include semi-solid metal injection molding (thixomolding), high pressure die casting, investment casting, extruding, and forging. Through the utilization of our manufacturing facilities and vendor systems, PBTT continues to offer unparalleled manufacturing for components manufactured in the United States.

International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is the United States regulation that controls the manufacture, sale, and distribution of defense and space-related articles and services as defined in the United States Munitions List (USML). Any company that does business with the U.S. military, as well as any organization that deals with information related to items, services or related data on the USML, must be highly aware of and fully compliant with ITAR. PBTT is ITAR registered and complaint.

A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a license in the United States that enables an individual or a company to engage in a business pertaining to the manufacture or importation of firearms and ammunition, or the interstate and intrastate sale of firearms. PBTT is licensed as a Type 7 manufacturers of firearms other than destructive devices.

The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems (QMS) dealing with the fundamentals of quality management systems,[2] including the seven quality management principles upon which the family of standards is based. PBTT continually strives to meet and exceed the requirements of organizations wishing to meet this fulfillment standard.The ISO 9000 family of quality management systems (QMS) dealing with the fundamentals of quality management systems,[2] including the seven quality management principles upon which the family of standards is based. PBTT continually strives to meet and exceed the requirements of organizations wishing to meet this fulfillment standard. PBTT's ISO 9001:2015 Certification is currently PENDING. Certification audit is planned for Q3 2020.

The Commercial and Government Entity Code, or CAGE Code, is a unique identifier assigned to suppliers to various government or defense agencies, as well as to government agencies themselves and various organizations. CAGE codes provide a standardized method of identifying a given facility at a specific location.
